HERE'S A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON AMY GANDEL:

     Amy grew up in the San Fernando Valley and moved to the Simi Valley/Moorpark area in 1980 after living in Japan for three years. Amy has her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and English and earned a Teaching Credential at California State University Northridge.  

     Amy began her Real Estate career in January of 1984 at her father's request.  She and her family owned and operated their own office through 1992 in Simi Valley.  During this time she managed and trained many successful agents.   On her own, she has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer while always keeping her clients' needs and a superior level of service her #1 priority.  Amy is determined to provide the very best in service to her clients.

     Amy's vast knowledge of conventional, FHA and VA financing, foreclosures, bank-owned properties and relocation, combined with her marketing strategies, make her an expert in the field with proven ability to market properties no matter what market trends prevail.  Amy's approach to all levels of Real Estate, whether buying or selling, is unequaled in the industry.
