Amy is above all a very pleasant, hard working and sincere individual. She assisted us with the sale of our last home and the purchase of our new home. Prior to meeting Amy, we had spent nearly a year looking with several different agents, and had made little progress. Amy seemed immediately to understand what we were looking for and directed our searches appropriately. Within about a month, we found a home that was perfect for us. After two years here we continue to marvel at how well-suited our home turned out to be. When it came to selling our previous home, Amy went through it and gave us numerous tips for small things we could do to make it more salable. She was aggressive in getting the home exposure and we think she got the price point exactly correct. Although I had not met Amy Gandell, several of my neighbors highly recommended her. She proved to be an excellent choice. I live just north of San Diego and had concern about the distance to Simi Valley. No problem. She took care of everything. I mean everything. She picked out the carpet and flooring throughout the house, chose the paint, decided on necessary kitchen repairs and upgrades, saw that the front yard was made over, and had good contractors for all of the above. She spent a lot of time with the house, far more than I had anticipated. Whenever I had a question or concern, she always answered my calls in 15 minutes or less.
